N2—CCl4复合净化铝液新工艺的研究

【摘要】 在已确定N2—CCl4复合引入及定量供给方法的基础上,首先,在实验室条件下,用正交试验设计法研试了单管喷吹N2—CCl4复合净化铝液的效果:在铝液温度一定的情况下,试验了N2流量,CCl4流量及净化时间三因子对净化效果的影响,找出了复合净化铝液的最佳工艺参数;然后,在用电炉熔铝的生产条件下,对比了本项新工艺与其他相关工艺的净化效果;最后,对本项新工艺的工艺成本和工作环境做了考察.研究结果表明,该项新工艺简便易行、成本低廉,车间的劳动卫生条件也大为改观.

【Abstract】 Based on method of compound blasting and rationing, some factors influencing the compound refining effect e.g. the flow of N2 and CCl4 and the time of refining, for the single-pipe blasting of melted aluminium with N,-CCl4 have been studied using the orthogonal trial, the optimum process parameters for compounded refining the melted aluminium were found, the refining effect of the new process of electric melting aluminium under conditions of production was compared with those of other process,the cost and the environmental protection of new refining process were also discussed. The experimental results showed that the compounded refining effect is very good, easy to operate.
