离心铸造白口铁磨球组织与性能的研究

【摘要】 通过以低合金白口铸铁为原料,以离心与静力金属型铸造工艺生产的两种磨球的组织与性能的研究发现,离心磨球的碳化物呈板块状,基体组织为等轴晶,且屈氏体进一步细化,离心磨球的硬度不因离心铸造发生明显变化;但其冲击韧性有显著提高.

【Abstract】 The stucture and properties of low-alloy white cast iron grinding balls both by centrifugal and Permenent mould casting were investigated , it was found that the plate-block carbides, matrix structure of equiaxial grain and further refined troostite were obtained for the centrifugal cast grinding balls, the hardness changes of which is less marked but the impact toughness is apparently increased.
