【Abstract】 This paper briefly summaries the basic therory and the analysis of vibration intensity and power spectrum in the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the polyester fibre spinning machine. This paper also describes the vibration pattern,the easily damaging places, the assambling quality problem, as well as the vibration interference among the gear boxes of the spinning machine. The authors put forward the typical data and power spectrums for the links of the maintenance,condition monitoring, heavy repair in the polyester company,the cost of which is to cut down.更多还原
