铸造用菜油,浮油沥青酯粘结剂的研究
Study of the Rapeseed Oil, Tall Oil Pitch Esters Binder for Foundry Use
【摘要】 本研究系用造纸工业附产品塔尔油,被提取脂肪酸、松香之后下余的混合物—浮油沥青。及精炼四脱莱油提取45%的芥酸后的下余物—菜油沥青。以这二种沥青为原材料,经化工处理,稀释后,可得到强度接近桐油,发气量小,型芯砂蠕变小,湿强度易调整及烘干温度较宽的铸造用粘结剂。由于这些原材料都是工业下脚料,原材料丰富,合成工艺简单,故成本低廉。
【Abstract】 Tall oil pitch, which is the residual mixture in the extraction process to produce fatty acid and resin from crude tall oil and is also a by-product of paper-making industry. And rapeseed oil pitch which is the residual mixture in the extraction process to produce 45% sinapinic acid from refined (four-removing) rapeseed oil. These raw materials undergoing chemical treatment and dilution can produce the binders for foundry use. Thier binding strength reach the same level as that bound by tung oil With low gas evolution rate, limited core creep-deformation and wide range of storinng trmperature. As to the industrial by-product materials, they have advantages of low cost, simple synthetic technology and rich resource.
