电极电位法监测水玻璃砂CO2硬化过程的探讨
The Exploring on the Control of the CO2 Process by A Potentiometric Technique
【摘要】 本文分析了水玻璃砂的电化学性质,提出了电极反应式,并以此对初始电动势进行了理论计算,其结果与实测值吻舍。分析了影响电动势的因素可知,氧的分压和OH~-离子浓度同时起作用,但效果相反。这就可以对试验现象作出圆满的解释。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the electrochemical property of the sodium-silicate-bonded sand, and presents the electrode reactions and with this makes the theoretical calculation of the initial eleetromotive force possible. The result coincides well with the actual measuring. Analyzing the factors which affect electroinotive force, we can see that the differential pressure of Oxygen and OH~- ionic density act simultaneously but the result is opposite. Hereby a satisfactory explanation of the experiment can be made.
