分块冷铁与整块冷铁作用效果比较
The Effectiveness Comparison of Separated Chills to Unitary Chill
【摘要】 在杆状上Al-4.5%Cu合金铸件上测定了冷铁的冷却面积扩大系数,并对分块冷铁和整块冷铁作用效果进行比较,发现分块冷铁较整块冷铁具有较好的作用效果。在保证冷铁总体积相同,与铸件接触面积相同的条件下,分块冷铁冷却面积扩大系数kp与整块冷铁冷却面积扩大系数kz之间存在如下关系 kp-A·(kz-1)+kz其中A为无量钢常数.
【Abstract】 Synopsis: The cooling surface factors of chills wore measured in Al-4.5% Cu alloy rod-shaped castings. The effectiveness of the separated chills in the sand mold helped to extract heat at rapid rate from the casting compared to the unitary chill. The cooling curface factor of separated chills (k_z) could be calculated from that of the unitary chill (K_z). k_F=A·(k_z-1)+k_z. A was a dimensionless constant.
