【摘要】 本文研究了党参、川芎、蒲公英及其配伍复方对胃分泌功能的影响。结果上述三药配伍复方煎剂口服给药三次(一次/天),能明显提高正常大鼠胃壁结合粘液含量,量效间依赖关系良好。党参煎剂10g/kg十二指肠内给药,6小时能使幽门结扎大鼠胃液分泌量、总酸排出量、Na~+排出量减少,但其它给药组在10g/kg剂量时未显示其作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper has firstly reported the pharmaacological effects of Codonopsis pilosula (CP) , Taraxacum mongolican (TM), Ligusticum Chuanxiong (LC) and their formula on the function of gastric secretion of rats. The results showed that the content of conjugated mucus on the gastric mucosal wall of the normal rats was markedly increased by oral taking the decoction of the formula for three times (one time per day). This effect was in a dose dependent manner. It was also confirmed that the content of gastric juice, total acid output and Na+ output of the ligated pylorus rats were in some degrees decreased by duodenally administering the decoction of CP at the dosage of 10g/ kg body weignt, but no influence was observed on that in the animals pretreated with the decoctions of TM, LC and formula formulated by CP, TM and LC at the same dosage of CP.更多还原
