老年大鼠脑M受体的变化及不同类型补益中药的影响
Change of muscarinic cholinergic receptors with aging in rat brain and the effects of some tonics of TCM
【摘要】 本文报道以Wistar雄性衰老早期(21—26月龄)及晚期(30—32月龄)大鼠为对象,用~3H—QNB为配基的受体放射配基结合分析法配对实验观察了衰老时脑M受体的变化。结果表明,衰老早期脑M受体已明显减少(早期减少7.5%,n=45对,晚期减少10.7%,n=14对)。哀老模型长期(6个月以上)小量饮服几种不同类型的补益中药(生地知母合剂,首乌,黄芪,附子肉桂合剂,仙灵脾肉苁蓉合剂),结果发现衰老早期生知显效,晚期黄芪显效。
【Abstract】 Age related changes in brain cholinergic muscarinic receptors were studied with 3H-QNB binding assay in two groups of male Wistar rats, group I being 21~26 months old, group II being 30~32 months old. The numbers of binding sites in both groups were significantly lower than matched young rats (3~ 5 months old). The effects of various tonics of TCM on the change of brain M receptors during aging were examined by oral administration of the respective water extracts starting from 15 months old. It was found that the Yin-tonics Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch aad Anemanhena asphodeloides Bun-ge, when administered together, were effective in keeping the RT values of group I at normal levelG. e. not lower than young rats), while Astragalus membranaceus Bge was effective in group II. The other tonics tested(Polygonum multfilorum Thunb, Epimedium brevicrum maxim+Cistanche deserticola y.c. Ma, Aconitum carmichaeli Sebx+Cinnam-omum cassia Presl) showed on significnat effect in both groups.
