10种中草药抗炎有效成分对白三烯B4生物合成的影响
The Effect of Ten Antiinflammatory Components of Chinese Materia Medica on Biosynthesis of Leukotriene B4
【摘要】 10种中药有效成分在体外对钙离子载体A23187刺激人多形核白细胞产生白三烯B4影响试验的结果表明:1×10-5mol/L的大黄素的抑制率为100%,3×10-5mol/L齐墩果酸的抑制率为45.5±4.4%,1×10-4mol/L的放线瑞香宁、去氧胆酸等也有一定抑制作用。
【Abstract】 In this study, the primary results of the effects of ten activity components of Chinese materia medica on Leukotriene B4 (LTB4) generation in human polymorphonuclear leukocytes stimulated by calcium Ionophore A23187 are reported.The biosynthesis of LTB4 was strongly inhibited by Emodin. Oleanolic acid, antinodaphnine and Deoxycholic acid showed certain suppression. Others did not give apparent inhibition activity.
