【Abstract】 The pharmacological study on Longdan Xiegan decoction were observed.The results were follows:1. Antiinflammatory Effects:( 1 )The decoction could inhibit the increase in capi-llarypermeability caused by acetic acid ip in mice.(2)The decoction markedly decreased swollen induced by egg albumin on rats.2.Antihypersensitive effects:The decoction inhibited passive cutaneous anaphylaxis on rats .and protected guine pig f rom anaphylactic shoc k. 3. In vitro test, the decoction showed certain bacteriostatic activity against streptococcus hemolyticus. In vivo test,the decoction could decrease death rate of mice infected by streptococcushemolyticus.4.The decoction neither induced any change in spleen and thym-usweight on mice,nor induced any change of phagocytosis of the phagocytes of mice.更多还原
