【摘要】 本文应用化学邻苯三酚自氧化法测定本地区健康成年人红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。测定240名.男154名,女86名。结果为:男性144±606.52;女性1548.82±622.32U/gHb,此值与全国SOD生理参数值是基本一致的,可为临床应用正常值提供一项生化指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Activity of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD)was determined by pyrogallol autoxidation method in 240 healthy individuals. The mean±SD(ulg)of SOD in 154 men was 1441±606. 52 and in 86 women was 1548.82±622.32, which were the same as the levels of physiological parameter for healthy chinese people.更多还原
