【Abstract】 A gamma camera computer system(GCCS-89) based on personal computer is introduced in this paper. The program-controlled data acquisition interface can be connected with various Anger camera and supports all acquisition modes. The video system with resolution of 704x544 by 256 colors can perform image amplification, pan and cine-like display very rapidly. The look-up tables for six types of pseudocolor code are adjustable. GCCS-89’s software provides powerful nuclear medicine image environment Menu-driving clinical protocols include data acquisition, conversion, correction and image analysis programs.
