【Abstract】 Twenty-nine patients with malinant tumors of soft tissue had been treated sincc 1989. Among these patients, 15 cases received extensive or radical resection of tumors and transposition of musculocutaneous flap without cxception, which has reached the good functional recounstruction and recovery of shape were obtained. After operation, all flaps were survived and no localre currence was seen with an averagc follow-up of 1-1.5 years.The transposition of musculocutancous flap should not be used for palliative operation, because residual tumor cells were liable to cause relapse.更多还原
