花生属栽培种和野生种的酯酶同工酶谱分析

【摘要】 花生属(Arachis)酯酶同工酶表明:栽培种(A.hypogaea)四类型间亲缘关系密切;四倍体野生种山地花生(A.monticola)是栽培种的近缘种;在花生组的5个二倍体野生种中,A.batizocoi与A.cardenasii要比A.correntina、绒毛花生(A.villosa)及狭籽花生(A.stenosperma)同栽培种的关系相对更近;但拟直立型组的A.rigonii与三籽组的细小花生(A.pusilla)对栽培种则呈远缘。

【Abstract】 The electrophoresis analysis of isozymes of Arachis show a very close relationship among four types of cultispecies (A.hypogaea) and A.monticola,the tetraploid wild species is a related species.Among the five diploid wild species of Arachis Section,both A.cardenasii with A genome and A.batizocoi with B genome are found to be relatively nearer to cultispecies than A.correntina,A.stenosperma and A.villosa,while A.rigonii of Erectoides Section and A.pusilla of Triseminala Section are the distant species.
