香果花椒根的化学成分研究
STUDIES OF THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION IN THE ROOT OF ZANTHOXYLUM UTILE HUANG
【摘要】 从香果花椒(Zanthoxylum utile)根的总生物碱部分分得4个化合物。根据物理常数和红外、紫外、质谱以及核磁共振氢谱,推定其中一个为新的芳香酰胺化合物,命名为香果花椒酰胺(utilamide)。其它3个为已知化合物,有辛夷脂素(fargesin)、6,7,8三甲氧基香豆精(6,7,8,-trimethoxycoumarine)和茵芋碱(skimmianine)。
【Abstract】 Four pure compounds were isolated from the root of Zanthoxylum utile Huang.One of them is a new aromatic amide named utilamide.Its structure was elucidated as (Ⅴ) on the basis of spectral data.The other three were known compounds as fargesin (Ⅱ),6,7,8,-trime-thoxycounmarine (Ⅲ),anl skimmianine (Ⅳ).
