【摘要】 WD复合碘为碘伏类消毒剂。对HBV灭活实验表明,250ppm消毒液作用10min,使Pre-S₂转阴,500ppm消毒液作用10min可使纯化HBsAg达100％破坏。电镜观察表明250ppm消毒液作用30min后,可使HBV颗粒全部崩解消失。斑点杂交显示125ppm消毒液作用30min可灭活HBVDNA,而PCR检测显示需作用60min才可完全灭活HBVDNA。应用PCR测定消毒剂对HBV的灭活效果是一种最敏感和特异的评价方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 WD complex iodine is a Kind of new iodophor.Experiment Showed that solution containing ²⁵⁰ppm,⁵⁰⁰ppm available iodine with a 10 min contact time could inactivate Pre-S₂ and purified HBsAg.Electron microscope to observe complete disintegration of HBV particles after ²⁵⁰ppm Solution with a 30 min comtact time.¹²⁵ppm Solution with a 30 min,60min contact time Could inactivate HBVDNA, destroy 200ng colonied HBVDNA.But PCR method of hepatitis B virus was manipulated for assessment of efficacy of disinfectant in inactivation of hepatitis B virus.The results showed that the inactivation of HBVDNA could not be achieved after exposure for 30 min,only could be inactivated after exposure for 60 min.The results suggested that Polymerase Chain Reaction is a most sensitive and specific test for assessment of efficacy of disinfectant in inactivation of hepatitis B virus.更多还原
