HGPRT试验在检测卷烟焦油诱变性中的研究

【摘要】 本文用中国仓鼠肺成纤维细胞(V79细胞)进行次黄嘌呤-乌嘌呤磷酸核糖转移酶(HGPRT)位点试验,检测卷烟焦油的诱变性。结果发现牡丹,良友,大金狮和醒宝4种卷烟焦油的T/C值,分别为2.85、3.17、3.37、4.25。卷烟焦油量和诱变性之间,存在着剂量-反应关系,以125μg/ml为最大反应。经代谢活化后,cpm值均有增高趋势,提示卷烟焦油对哺乳类动物细胞的诱变性,属直接和间接诱变剂。

【Abstract】 Mutagenicity of 4 Kinds of tobacco tar were detected by using Chinese hamster cells V79/HG- PRT assay. The values of T/C were 2.85, 3.17, 3.37, 4.25 (Mu-dan, Goodfriend, Dai-JinShi and Xingbao), respectively. The dose-response relatio- nship is existed between the dose of tobacco tar and mutagenicity. The high value of T/C was obs- erved when the cells exposed 125 ug/ml of tobacco tar. The result suggested that the tobacco tar poss- ess some direct and indirect acting mutagens for mammalian cells,
