【摘要】 本文报告乙肝疫苗免疫60例健康成人并分别于首次免疫后1、3、7月测其抗-HBs水平。对其中30例分别于免疫前后进行HBsAg特异性淋巴细胞转化试验和抗-HBs水平检测,以分析免疫后细胞免疫与体液免疫应答之间的关系。结果表明,免疫者特异性淋转反应的SI与血清中抗-HBs mIU/ml对数之间存在明显直线正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 60 healthy adults were vaccinated by hepatiits B vaccine. Anti-HBs antibody in serum were de- termined in first, third and seventh months after the first vaccination, 30 of them were detected in vitro for lymphocytes transformation test and the level of anti-HBs response before and after vacci- nation, so as to analyse the relationship between response of cellular immune and humoral immune. The results showed that the level of the stimulat- ion to HBsAg in LTT had linear correlation with the logarithm values of anti-HBs antibody mIU/ml in serum.更多还原
