【摘要】 本文研究发现噬菌蛭弧菌Bd81对河水中大肠菌群具有显著的净化效果,检测试验组和对照组Ⅰ的河水中大肠菌群21天时,由2.38×10⁷个/L减少到2.3×10³个/L,而对照组Ⅱ仅由2.38×10⁶个/L减少到2.38×10⁴个/L。同时,噬菌蛭弧菌Bd81却增殖7～10倍。河水的浊度、生物耗氧量、Ca⁺⁺、Mg⁺⁺、总硬度、氯化物、pH等指标也发生了变化。与对照组比较有显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports that Bdellovibrio bacteriovrus Bd81 strain could clear cell group in water remarkbly. After admitting the bacteria 21 days the number of coli group was reduced from 2.38% 10⁷/L to 2.38×10³/L in test group and control group I, while in the control group Ⅱ the number reduced from 2.38×10⁶/L to 2.38×10⁴/L. At the same time the number of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus increased 7～10 times and some indexes, for example, water turbidity, biological oxygen consumption, Ca⁺⁺, Mg⁺⁺, total hardness, chloride, pH etc, changed also.
