【摘要】 给11只Harty豚鼠腹腔内注射胎盘条件培养液(HPCM)0.5ml/d,共10天,周围血白细胞总数明显升高,以中性粒细胞升高为主.6只BALB/C小鼠腹腔内注射HPCMOo.3ml/d,共7天,粒-巨噬祖细胞(granulocy-macrophage colng-formung unit,CFU-GM)产率明显升高,是对照组给的2.l倍.结果提示,胎盘条件培养液来源的集落刺激因子,在体内能促进CFU-GM增殖,担升周围血白细胞和中性粒细胞.更多还原

【Abstract】 The abdominal cavity of 11 Hartley’s guinea pigs were injected with human placental conditioned medium (HPCM), the peripheral WBC increased significantly. Elevation of WBC appeared 24h after administration. There was also a significant increase of neutrophil. Six BALB/C mice were injected with HPCM and CFU-GM culture performed. CFU-GM growth rate was 2. 1 times that of control. These result indicate that CSF derived from HPCM can stimulate granulopoiesis and increase CFU-GM growth in vivo.更多还原
