【Abstract】 A human retinoblastoma(Rb) continuous cell line,SO-Rb50,was first established in China from a series of 54 retinoblastoma tissue cultures. Up to now it has been maintaining in cotinuous culture for more than 32 months(275 passages). The morphology,immunohistochemical reactions,chromosomal analysis and tumor formation after subcutaneous transplantation to athymic nude mouse proved that the SO-Rb50 cell line is a retinoblastoma cell line.更多还原
