Phenyl-P对牙本质粘合的促进作用

【摘要】 本文研究了Phenyl-P对于含有三正丁基硼(TBB)的甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)树脂与牙本质粘合的促进作用。含有5%Phenyl-P的MMATBB树脂与3%。氯化铁一10%柠檬酸水溶液预处理的牙本质的粘合强度为10.5MPa。SEM观察表明,树脂与脱钙牙本质之间形成的混合和层对于获得高的粘合强度是至关重要的。Phenyl-P能够有效地促进MMA单体渗入脱钙牙质中,并形成一个混和层—树脂增强牙本质层。铁离子对于单体在脱钙牙本质中的扩散有促进作用,这对于混和层的形成也是重要的。

【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>Enhancing effect of Pheny1-P on the bonding of Pheny1-P/MMA-TBBresin to dentine was studied. The bond strength to dentine pretreated witha solution of 3% ferric chloride in 10% citric acid for 30 sec was 10 MPa.SEM pictures suggested that formation of hybrid in demineralized dentinewas essential to get high bond strength. Phenyl-P was effective to promoteinterpenetration of monomers to form hybrid with demineralized dentineafter their polymerization. Ferric ions was effective to improve diffusibilityof monomers in dentine and important to hybrid formation,
