【Abstract】 Three new strains of Vertidllium lecanii were obtained with the mutagenic effect of ultraviolet on the protoplast and spores of the pathogen. The spore production of the new strains were 10 times more than that of the control strain, whereas their toxicity to Myzus persicae and Aphis dtricola increased by 30-50% compared with the control. The spore production and aphid toxicity of the new strains remained constant after three generations of culturing and six month of storage.更多还原
