锈寄生菌对落叶松褐锈病抑制作用的观察

【摘要】 本试验观察看出,被锈寄生菌寄生的落叶松褐锈病菌的冬孢子和夏孢子逐渐裢(?)色,后期孢壁破碎,内含物释出。被寄生的冬孢子萌发率降低50%左右。4年林间调查结果看出,落叶松褐锈病的发生程度随着锈寄生菌寄生率的逐年增加而减轻。锈寄生菌对落叶松褐锈病有较强的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 In tne forest or Liaoning province, larcn brown rust, an important disease of larch trees, was found to be parasitized by a fungal pathogen, Sphaerellopsis filum (Bir. -Bern ex Fr.). The parasitization caused faded color, destruction of cell wall, and release of the cell contents of summer and winter spores, as well as a 50% decrease in the germination rate of teliospores. Results of the four-year investigation indicated that the degree of the rust infestation decreased as its parasitization by s. filum increased in the forest. It appeared that S. filum has good potential to be an effective biological control agent of the larch brown rust.
