【摘要】 本文采用安定治疗25例非精神病性抑郁症患者,并以阿米替林治疗组和安慰剂组作为对照。结果表明,安定对抑郁症有效,并且缓解焦虑/躯体化和认识障碍方面的症状较为迅速。除少数患者有睡眠减少外,安定其余副作用较阿米替林小,持续时间也较短。本文结果提示,对那些不能耐受三环类抗抑郁剂的患者可试用安定。但安定对抑郁程度极重和有精神病性症状的抑郁患者是否有效有待今后研究,其远期效果也需进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 25 depressive patients, who hadn’tany psychotic symptoms, were treatedwith diazepam and the recent curativeeffect of diazepam was compared withthose of amitriptyline and placebo. Theresults showed that diazepam was effec-tive for these patients and the symptomsof anxiety/somatic and cognitive distur-bance could be relaxed more quickly bydiazepam. On the other hand, diazepamhad less side effects than amitriptylineexcept decreased need for sleep in somepatients. But whether diazepam had effecton sever depressive patients and psychoticdepressive patients or not should be fur-ther researched. The remote curative effectof diazepam on depression should also beinvestigated in the future. The results ofthis study suggested that eventhough tri-cyclic drugs are the main antidepressant,but diazepam may be useful for those patients who cann’t receive tricyclic drugsdue to their side effects.更多还原
