【摘要】 本文对186例肝病患者的闪烁照片及超声照片进行分析。其中134例在间隔7天内病情无改变;同体作两项检查,其中122例符合,占91.0％。检出肝内占位性病变超声显象的灵敏度为100％,特异性为89.7％,准确率为95.6％;闪烁显象的灵敏度为94.1％,特异性为94.2％,准确率为94.8％。对115例局限性肝病作了肝血流、血池闪烁显象,按充盈程度鉴别肝血管瘤、肝癌、肝囊肿或肝脓肿,总符合率90.4％。对44例弥散性肝病患者作了脾肝集积比(S/L)测定,以区分肝硬变和肝炎,符合率为80.0％。说明闪烁显象法在肝病灶定性上有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 We collected and analysed the scintiphotos and ultrasonophotos of 186 patients with focal and diffuse diseases of liver. All the data were collected from the in-patients of China-Japan Friendship Hospital. The scintiphotos were taken by Sigma 438 typed γ-camera (USA), 15min. after TC-99m-phytate were injected i. v. ; and if any defect region was found, it was recorded as a SOL. Ultrasonograms were taken by SSA 90A, SAL 77A, or SAL 50A US scanners (Japan),and if there was any abnormal echo pattern was found it was a SOL. Of the 134 patients received both examinations during 7 days, 122 patients (91. 0%) showed coincident results. For detection of SOL, the sensitivity of scintigraphy was 94. 1 %, specificity was 94. 2%, accuracy was 94. 8% ; the sensitivity of US was 100%, specficity was 89. 7%, the accuracy was 95. 6%. The hepatic blood flow and blood pool stain were checked in focal liver diseases. Of 115 patients, 104 were coincident (90. 4%). The spleen and liver accumulation ratio in diffuse hepatic diseases was also determined. Of 64 subjects, 51 were coincident (80. 0%). Finally the characteristic features of hepatoma, hemangioma, cyst, abscess and cirrhosis in scintigraphy and US graphy were discussed.
