【Abstract】 This paper describes a method for determination of ascorbic acid with 1, 10-Ph-enanthroline-irou (III) as a colour reagent.It involves formation of fertion when ascorbic acid reacts with a mixture of iron (III) and 1,10-Phenanthrolive, and measurement of the absorbance at 510nm.
