【Abstract】 In This essay, basing on the combinations of 9 sorts of the Indica-type hybrid rice and the varieties of 11 sorts of the Indica-type conventional rice universally planted in the Dongting Lake Region, Hunan province, we compare and analysize the coefficient of variation and the confidence interval of the hybrid rice combinations and the conventional rice variety, as well as the difference of the processing quality (Table 1), exterior quality (Table 2) and nutritional quality (Table 3.4.5) between them (crude protein, crude fat, starch, 17 sorts of amino acid, crude ash, 9 sorts of mineral nutrition and N nutrition) And the way to develop the hybrid rice, its polished rice rate, and the method of improving its food quality are also discussed.更多还原
