【摘要】 1987年3月至1989年2月,逐月在莆田地区研究了褐家鼠种群动态和种群繁殖生态,共布放14400笼日,捕获褐家鼠946只(382♂,564♀),捕获率为6.57%,占家鼠总数33.30%。种群数量及其在家鼠中的组成比,有一定的季节变化和年度差异。通过逐只观察雌、雄生殖器官的特征和变化,对种群的性比,雌鼠睾丸下降率、繁殖雌鼠率、怀孕率、胎仔数、繁殖指数的季节变化和年度差异进行了深入的研究和比较,分析了种群数量动态和种群繁殖之间的关系,发现种群密度对种群繁殖有明显的反馈调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The population dgnamics and population breeding of Norway rat(Rattus norvegicus ) were studied from Mar.1987 to Feb. 1989 in Putian county, Fujian. 946 Specimens (564, 382)were collected, dissected, measured. Results are as follows:1. Norway rat was a dominat species of domestic rodents in Putian county, average capture rate was 6.57%, and being 33.30% of the total domestic rodent captured. The peak of the population density occured in May and Sep. to Oct.. The lowest density was in Aug. and Nov..2. The sex ratio of Norway rat was 0.68. The percentage of lower testis of males was 70.16%. The percentage of breeding females was 64.36%. The pregnancy rate was 18.62%, The average litter size was 7.20±0.2448. The reproductive index was 0.7992.3. There are seasonal and annual variations in reproductive intensity. There were obvious relationships between the papulation density and population breeding. Effect of population density on breeding were observed, and decreasing reproductive rates (percentage of lower testis, pregnancy rate, litter size and reproductive index)were found after high population density.更多还原
