【摘要】 本文借助Apple-Ⅱ计算机,用多元逐步回归分析的方法,对107例男性离退休人员离退休前的12个心理社会因素进行了研究,以建立离退休心理适应期的预测模型。结果表明,在给定的筛选自变量的F水平下,得方程（2）:Y=-3.7641+1.6164X₁+1.0092X₃+1.7589X₈+1.3149X₁₁;简化方程:Y=-4+2X₁+X₃+2X₈+X₁₁,回代符合情况较好。本文还对预测模型的使用及其意义进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twelve psychosocial factors were investigated in 107 male retiree before retire ment with Apple-Ⅱ computer by stepwise multivariate regression analysis, and adopt a model of prediction of psychological adaptive period after retiring. Under the control of the given F level, a regression equation was established: Y=-3.7641+ 1.6164X₁+1.0092X₃+1.7589X₈+1.3149X₁₁, and it was simplified as Y=-4+2X₁+X₃+ 2X₈+X₁₁.
