【Abstract】 On 19 legs of adult cadavers,thesuperficial veins in the anteromedialregion of the thigh were observed.Among them,one larger branch,the su-perficial anteromedial vein of the th-igh was found converging into the gr-eat saphenous vein directly with anouter diameter of 2.7mm.Based on theanatomic observation,a reverse fem-oral island skin flap is designed bytaking the superficial vein and itssurrounding fascia as the supplier.Ithas been clinically used for the repa-ir of skin defect of superomedial as-pect of the knee joint with satisfact-ory result.更多还原
