【Abstract】 Based on the anatomic study byMasguelet,we have succeeded in usi-ng the reverse lateral supramalleolarisland flap pedicled with the descend-ing branch of the perforating divisionof the peroneal artery to cover softtissue losses of the foot on 4 patie-nts.The vascular pedicle can be freeddistally to the level of sinus tarsiand thus render the flap a wider ra-nge of rotation.更多还原
