【摘要】 在尸解中发现了一例双侧膀胱下静脉内有多个结石,经 X 光摄片证实结石均显影。随机对600例临床 X 光片进行观察,此类结石出现率为4.5%。因在 X 光片上易与输尿管下段结石和精囊腺内结石影像相混淆.为此作者分析了两者的鉴别要点,以供临床参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Phleboliths were observed on bothsides of inferior vesical veins in adissected cadaver and were positiveon X-ray films.Another 900 clinicalX-ray films were collected by randomsampling and in 4.5% of them phle-boliths were identified in inferior ve-sical veins.It is difficult to distingu-ish the phlebolith from inferior ure-teral calculi or spermatic calculi onX-ray films.The essential points fordifferential diagnosis were suggested.更多还原
