12种抗菌药物对淋球菌的体外抗菌作用

【摘要】 测定了12种抗菌药物对50株淋球菌的体外抗菌作用,结果显示青霉素G、红霉素、头孢呋新、头孢三嗪,大观霉素和氟喹酮类药物的抑菌率均在90%以上。以二种方法检测菌株的青霉素酶,结果4株为产酶株。上海地区淋球菌的产酶株占4.8%。这些菌株对青霉素G高度耐药,但对其他抗菌药物仍很敏感。其中以头孢三嗪和氟嗪酸的抗菌作用最突出,MIC均在0.0075mg/L以下。

【Abstract】 Antibacterial activities of 12 antimicrobial agents against 50 strains of N gonorrhoeae were determined. Intibitory rates of Penicillin G, Erythromycin, Cefuroxime, Ceftriaxone, Spectinomycin and fluoroquinolones were more than 90%. Penicillinase was detected with nitrocefin method and paper strip-iodine-starch test. 4 strains of N gonorrhoeae were penicillinase producing. PPNG from Shanghai accounted for 4.8%, which were highly resistant to Penicllin G and still sensitive to the other antimicrobial agents. Among the antimicrobial agents, Ceftriaxone and Ofloxacin were highly active against PPNG, with MIC<0.0075mg/L.
