【摘要】 使用国产头孢三嗪0.5～2克,每日一次或二次,疗程3～10天,治疗各种类型细菌性感染,包括严重感染,如败血症、金葡肺脓肿合并败血症、肝脓肿、腹腔感染、化脓性脑膜炎、休克型肺炎等。痊愈70例,痊愈率为81.8％,16例显效。所分离到病原菌71.8％为革兰氏阴性菌,28.2％为革兰氏阳性菌,除1例院内获得绿脓杆菌未能清除,其余全部细菌被清除。 2例病人出现皮疹,但未影响治疗,余无不良反应。个别病人化验值有轻度变化,4例SGPT,3例AK阴轻度升高,2例白细胞总数下降,3例Cr轻度升高。 73例分离到病原菌、MIC≤0.06mg/L,表明本品对所分离的革兰氏阴性菌抗菌活性很强,对革阳性菌也有较好的抗菌活性。血药浓度为100.75mg/L,是多数革兰氏阴性菌MIC的1000多倍。故实验室与临床疗效相符合。以上结果表明国产头孢三嗪是一种安全有效、长效的抗菌药物,允许一天只用一次。更多还原

【Abstract】 86 patients, between 13 to 83 years of age, with various infections including, lower respiratory and urinary tracts, liver and pneumonia lung abscesses, acuts exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, typhoid fever, bacterial meningitis, septice-mia and primary peritonitis were studied.Home-made Ceftriazone, 0.5-2.0 grams was given once or twic edaily intravenously, and the therapy course was 3 to 50 days. Before treatment, cultures were examined from 73 patients. 85 pathogenic strains, among those 71.82% was of Gram Negative bacilli,were isolated.The MIC was 0.06 μg/ml in most cases,The eradication rate was 98.6%, except one case with Ps. aeruginosa from nosocomial infection.No serious side effect was noted except two cases with rash.更多还原
