【Abstract】 10’-demethoxystreptomgrin is a minor component in the culture broth of StrePtomyces 114. It was isolated and purified by msans of adsorption with Diaion HP-20, extraction with organic solvents, chromatography on the sephadex LH -20 column and reversed phase column. Based on the spectral data of UV, IR HRE-IMS and 1H-NMR, rts structure was deduced. It was proved that 10’-demethoxy-streptonigrin to be a new antibiotic active to against bacteria,tumor and virus.更多还原
