远紫外CsI/Au/Lif光阴极特性研究
A STUDY ON CHARACTERISTICS OF FUV CsI/Au/LIF PHOTOCATHODES
【摘要】 本文作了CsI/Au/LiF远紫外光电发射特性研究。在105~167um波长范围本征发射平均量子效率15-18%电子/光子。423K温度退火处理半小时前后,ESCA分析表明CsI层与Au膜具有高度的相容性。阈值光电发射随CsI表面C和O2污染而下降。
【Abstract】 The CsI/Au/LiF FUV photoemissive characteristics have been studied in the paper. The eigenemissive average quan-tum efficiency is 15-18% electron/photon in the wavelengths ranging from 105 nm to 167 nm. The results obtainedfrom ESCA indicate that the CsI layer has high compatibility with the Au film before and after the annealing treatment inair for 0. 5h at 423K. The threshold of photoemission decreases with C and 02 contamination amount on the surface ofCsI.
