碳化钛—铝基体选择性吸收膜的研究
STUDY ON THE SELECTIVELY ABSORBING FILM OF TiC_x ON Al SUBSTRATE
【摘要】 本文研究了用于真空集热管的碳化钛太阳能选择性吸收膜层。采用磁控溅射单靶金属钛反应沉积在铝基体上,这种膜层的光学性能的吸收率α达到0.917,热辐射率ε达到0.07。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we have studied the titanium carbide film which is used in the vacuumcollecting tubes to selectively absorb the solar energy. The film was deposited onto analuminium substrate using a single titanium target reactive d. c. magnetron sputtering.Its optical absorptance of solar energy is α=0.917, and thermal emittance is ε=0.07.
