利用热镜防止汽车挡风玻璃结霜的理论研究
Application of Heat Mirror for Prevention of Frost Formation on Windscreens of Cars
【摘要】 对汽车挡风玻璃在夜间结霜的问题做了传热分析,提出采用热镜防止其结霜的方法。文中依据沈阳、北京、合肥、重庆、福州五城市1987年的气象资料,计算了普通车窗和热镜车窗的结霜情况。结果表明:采用ε≤0.2的热镜玻璃后,北方及华东地区经常出现的汽车挡风玻璃结霜问题可完全得到解决。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the problem of frost formation on windscreens of cars based on heat transfer theory and puts forward a new method—using heat mirrors to prevent windscreens from frost formation. Based on the meteorological data of Shengyang, Beijing, Hefei, Chongqing, Fuzhou, the probability of frost formation is analyzed for common Windscreens and for those with heat mirror coatings. The results show that the trouble of frost formation on common window glasses of cars often occurring in the northern and eastern regions of China can be solved thoroughly by using heat mirror glasses(ε≤0. 2).
