Zn/MnO2固态电池
Zn/MnO2 Solid State Battery
【摘要】 利用Zn-蒙脱石作为固体电解质,组装成Zn/Zn-蒙脱石/MnO2固态电池。研究了不同温度处理的电解MnO2对电池性能的影响,发现以γ和β相共存的MnO2具有较高的放电容量。电池的极化性能研究表明电解质的电阻所引起的欧姆极化是电池极化的主要因素。本文还初步探讨了离子在蒙脱石中的迁移机制对电池性能的影响,提出水合离子迁移的概念。
【Abstract】 Zn/Zn-montmorillonite/MnO2 solid state battery is assembled by using Zn-montmorillonite (mont. ) as solid state electrolyte. The influences of heat treatment of MnO2 and moisture contents in Zn-mont. on discharge capacities of batteries are studied. An assumption is put forward of hydrated Zn2+ ion migrating in the interlayer of Zn-Mont. Reseach is done on the polarization property of the battery, the polarization of the battery mainly lies in the ohmer polarization resulting from its internal resistance, The calculated result of the conductivity and the active energy based on Ⅰ-Ⅴ curves of the battery and their changes in accordance with the temperatures are close to that of Zn-mont. observed through the experiement. This indicates that Zn-mont. is primarily Zn2+ion conductor.
