脊髓损伤后血流改变
The blood flow change following spinal cord injury
【摘要】 选用成年狗10只,于胸9-0给以20g×25cm打击量,应用氢清除法于伤后15min~4b测定脊髓血流量(SCBF)。结果显示伤后不同时期灰质血流量均较白质血流量(wSCBF)为高,近侧节较远侧节亦高,伤后2h,wSCBF稍升高,但4h恢复正常。作者认为,伤后头几个小时为关键时刻,此时如能采用有效措施,对不全瘫还能逆转。本文结果与文献相比有些差异,可能与实验条件不同及观察时间较短有关。
【Abstract】 A vertical dropping force of 209 X 25cm was impacted on T8-9 of the spinal column in 10 adult dogs. From 15min through 4h post--injury, the spinal cord blood flow(SCBF)was measured using the hydrogen clearance method. The results showed that at the traumatized segment, the blood flow of the gray matter(gSCBF)was higher than that of white matter(wSCBF), the proximal segment blood flow was faster than that of the distal segment. wSCBF increased. slightly at 2 hours post-iniury, and recovered to its normal value at the end of 4h. We considered the first few hours follwoing incomplete spinal cord injury is the critical time, while the wSCBF was still kept within normal range. Proper and effective measurement may reverse the paraplegic state. Our result was inconsistent with the literature in some aspect, probably due to different experimental conditions and shorter interval of observation.
