改善润滑剂减摩性能的初步研究

【摘要】 为提高钻井液润滑剂的减摩性能,对含锌、钼、磷、硫等活性元素的5种高分子型润滑剂进行了初步研究。用E-P极压润滑仪、LEM润滑仪、四球机及1120CORRQTER腐蚀仪,分别进行了参数测定和试验工作。研究结果表明,在膨润土浆介质中OPZn型的润滑系数降低率为85.9%,SPZn型的扭矩降低率为45.9%,极压膜强度为189 MPa,抗压882 N; NSB型烧结负荷为2.45kN,在高负荷下(1.2kN)摩擦系数为40号油的1/2;高分子型润滑剂与RH-3复配效果明显;它们有一定的抗氧化性及缓蚀性。初步研究认为,它们有可能成为减摩性能好的润滑剂。

【Abstract】 The property of 5 kind of polymer lubricants containing zinc, molybdenum,phosphorus and sulphur elements was studied. It is tested by EP Lubricity Tester,LEM Lubricity Tester, Four-Ball Instrument, and CORRQTER of model 1120. The OPZn type is better to reducing friction coefficient,the SPZn type is better to reducing torque, and the NSB type is better to reducing friction coefficient at high load. Polymer lubricants are synergistic with RH-3 lubricant. All of them possess properties of, oxidation and corrosion resistance. It is indicated that they are new good lubricants.
