丁酸对杂交稻根系代谢活性及叶片衰老进程的影响

【摘要】 用木村B营养液水墙杂交稻威优35(简称V35)、威优49( V49)及湘矮早 9号(湘九),于孕穗后期至乳熟期用 1. 0—2. 0mM丁酸处理根系表明:丁酸使根系和叶片超氧化物歧化酶( S-OD)活性、可溶性蛋白质和叶绿素含量显著下降;膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量大幅度上升,其程度根系显著大于叶片。根系活性的下降,加速了植株的衰老进程。SOD相对活性与产量成显著或极显著正相关,而与空秕率成显著或极显著负相关。在根系对了酸的敏感程度上,V49>V35>湘9。

【Abstract】 V35 V49 and Xi9 were cultured in Kimura Solution B and their roots were bolting stage to later filling period The results showed that butyrate obviously decreased the activity of SOD and the content of water solubl protein in roots and leaves as well as chlorophyll in leaves, while remarkably increased the content of MDA . MDA content was influenced more in roots than in leaves. The reduction of metabolic activity in roots facilitated the senescence of hybrid rice plants It was also observed that the relative activity of SOD had significant or very significant positive correlation with yield and negative correlation with ratio of empty and abortive grains The sensitivity of roots to butyrate was in the order of V49>V35>Xi9
