【Abstract】 A survey of intestinal parasites by fecal examination using iodine direct smear method, Kato-Katz thick smear method, adhesive-tape method and fecal culture was made on 624 local residents of Lin’cheng Town, Lingao County, in the northern region of Hainan Province. Multi-parasitism was found to be as high as 82.1% (430/624). A total of 17 species of intestinal parasites were discovered, of which, Rhabditella axei, Isospora belli, Clonorchis sinensis and Ternidens diminutus, were recorded for the first time in Hainan Province.更多还原
