膨胀珍珠岩的保水能力及其对杉木幼林生长的影响

【摘要】 膨胀珍珠岩具有很强的吸水能力,施入土壤后,能增加土壤的持水量。膨胀珍珠岩处理的土层和珍珠岩层中的吸力,在较长时间内保持较低水平,说明膨胀珍珠岩所吸持的水分对林木有效。盆栽试验和林地试验都表明施用膨胀珍珠岩能提高土壤的抗旱能力,有利于旱季杉木幼林的生长。

【Abstract】 The expanded pearlite has mighty power to absorb water and can increase water-preserving capacity of soil after being applicated to soil. The suction of the expanded pearlite layer and the soil layer treated by the expanded pearlite remained at lower level for a long time, which indicated that the water preserved by the expanded pearlite was available to trees. The pot experiment and tree land trial showed that the application of the expanded pearlite could increase drought resistance of soil and would be favorable for the growth of young Chinese fir in drought seasons.
