【摘要】 本文报告香豆素控制丝虫性淋巴管炎的效果,共治疗38例,以香豆素每人每天400mg 顿服,连服6～12个月。服药3个月后,25例(65.79%)停发淋巴管炎,13例(34 21%)症状显著减轻。服药6个月后,38例患者均停止发作,直到疗毕后1年半均未再复发。观察结果证明香豆素控制丝虫性淋巴管炎的效果优于以往应用的各种方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the results of coumarin in treatment of lymphangitis.A total of 38 patients with filar- ial lymphangitis,26 males and 12 females,were treated.Coumarin tablets were given at a dose of two tablets(400mg) daily with a total dosage of 72-144g in a course of 182—367 days.As control,5 cases with similar severity of the disease were given placebos. In 38 cases of lymphangitis of lower limbs which were treated orally with coumarin,25 cases(65. 79%)lymphangitis had ceased after 3—month treatment and the other 13(34.21%),although did not but become much milder.By the end of 6 month treatment,in all the 38 cases(100%)the urine were clear until one and a half year after treatment.The effect was superior to those of existing methods for treating the dis- ease.Of the control cases,in the mid and at the end of treatment the disease status was similar to that of the primary attack.Long—term administration was not proved to cause any damages to the body.更多还原
