羟基喹哌对体外培养的恶性疟原虫红内期超微结构的影响
EFFECT OF HYDROPIPERAQUINE ON THE MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF ASEXUAL ERYTHROCYTIC PLASMODIUM FALCIPARUM IN VITRO
【摘要】 应用透射电镜观察羟基喹哌对体外培养的恶性疟原虫超微结构的影响。药物作用半小时起,疟原虫食物泡即发生肿胀。随着时间的推移,食物泡内色素凝聚成团,色素减少并且出现旋涡状膜小体及红细胞质团块。8h 后,细胞核、细胞质、线粒体、核糖体出现一系列变化。16h 以后,多数滋养体崩解仅残存大型空泡及团块状物。本结果提示羟基喹哌的靶细胞器为原虫食物泡。
【Abstract】 Having exposed to hydropiperaquine,Plasmodium falciparum at the asexual erythrocytic stages were in- vestigated by transmitted electron microscope for the ultrastructural changes.At 30 min.after exposure to the agent,the food vacuole of the parasite became enlarged.Then the aggregation,decrease and disappear- ance of the pigment occurred;the membranous whorls and small vesicles containing erythrocyte cytoplasm appeared in the food vacuole.Eight h.post—exposure,a series of changes happened in the nucleus,cyto- plasm,mitochondria and ribosome.Sixteen h.post—exposure,most parasites tended to rupture and only big vacuole and mass remained.The results show that the target organell for hydropiperaquine is food vac- uole of malaria parasite.
