【摘要】 通过对310例颅底陷入症病人系统观察和84例手术治疗,提出将此病病程分为代偿期和病发期,发病后的临床表现分为六型:高颈髓型、小脑型、脑积水型、椎基底动脉型、后组颅神经型和混合型。我们认为此种分期分型方法客观地反映了病程的长期性、发展的阶段性和临床表现的多样性,有助于早期诊断和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to systematic observation of 310 casesand surgical treated 84 cases,we classified basilarimpression into compensatory phases and onsetphase.The clinical manifestation of onset phase ofthe disease were divided into six type:uppercervical medullae type,cerebellar type,hydrocephalus type,vertebrobasilar arterial type,lower cranical nerves type and mixed type.The authorthought this classification and typing of the diseasemay present very complicated and varietied clinicalmanifestation,it is helpful to diganosis and treatmentof the disease.更多还原
