【Abstract】 In this paper,we used the model of neuronculture to evaluate the effect of glucose againsthypoxic neuron by ultrastructure and cytochemistry.The result of this study clearly demonstratedthe protective effect of glucose against neuronhypoxia in vitro.we suggested that the protectivemechanism of glucose is protecting thestructure of cell membrane and the function ofNa⁺-K⁺ ATP enzyme.更多还原
