正常人振动觉阈值
Measurements of Seismesthesia Threshold of 314 Normal Persons
【摘要】 本文测定了314名正常人的振动觉阈值。结果表明:振动觉阈值与性别无关,且随年龄增长而明显增高。其正常参数值上限(以250HzⅡ指为例),<50岁者25dB以上为异常,>50岁者28dB以上为异常。初试认为Au-02A型振动觉测定仪较为灵敏,操作简便,是一种定量方法,具有推广使用价值。
【Abstract】 Measurements of seismesthesia threshold of 314 normal persons werepreformed.Results of the measurements showed that there is nocorrelationship between sex and seismesthesia threshold of normal persons,but increases obviously with increase of age.Take 250 Hz and the index fingeras an example,the upper normol limit is about 22 dB for persons under 50years of age.It is considered to be abnormal when exceed 25 dB.For persons >50,28 dB may be considered as abnormal.Our preliminary trial on theAu-20A seismesthesigraph is easy to operate and gives satisfactory results,andcan be recommanded for further use.
